PURPOSE:
To hire, coordinate and manage all common areas plus landscape maintenance.
ACTIVITIES:
Establish a complete program of landscape care and maintenance, improvement and enhancement of all common
areas and prepare budgets, plans and schedules.
SIZE:
2 members from the Board of Directors plus Landscape Personnel.
